Alberta Receives Government Grants For Energy Efficient Upgrades

ecoENERGY initiatives help Canadians use energy more efficiently, boost renewable energy supplies and develop cleaner energy technologies.
The ecoENERGY Retrofit – Homes program encourages the existing low-rise housing sector in Canada to become more energy efficient, reduce emissions produced through energy use and contribute to clean air, water and energy and a healthy environment for Canadians.
An Alberta ecoENERGY evaluation, performed by Energuy ecoENERGY Certified Energy Advisors, will provide Alberta property owners with the information they need to make good home energy retrofit decisions and will reward energy and water saving measures with Canada and Alberta grants.
$350 plus GST Pre-Retrofit Evaluation by Alberta ecoENERGY Certified Energy Advisors (receive $100 rebate from Climate Change Central)
$150 plus GST Post-Retrofit Evaluation by Alberta ecoENERGY Certified Energy Advisor (receive $100 rebate from Climate Change Central)
The average ecoENERGY evaluation performed by an ecoENERGY Certified Energy Advisor grant is over $1,125 from the Alberta Provincial Government and over $1,125 from the Canadian Federal Government.
