Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive general management experience within an organization that provides services to the business and consumer sectors with direct B2C and B2B experience

Duties and Responsibilites
- Work directly with the owners to support and implement strategic direction, business planning and profit and loss management
- Support the company “Purpose” and culture
- Direct and motivate a high performing team through effective training and coaching
- Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing and hiring activities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to ensure that all Energy Advisors have expert knowledge to deliver excellent service to the homeowner and meet all NRCAN requirements
- Set and monitor performance objectives, goals and criteria, evaluate performance through regular reviews
- Work with the owners to establish methods to measure and maintain customer service excellence, and to develop corrective action to be implemented on a timely basis when service falls below standards
- Develop processes to effectively manage and support sales staff, Energy Advisors, contractors, and office personnel
Education
- Completion of a two or three year degree or diploma
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred

Requirements
This position requires proficiency with computers and technology, numeracy, report writing, with high attention to detail, and strong problem solving abilities, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with others.
As an energy advisor you’ll be expected to work independently, with daily travel, to a variety of locations within the region, to perform a full range of evaluation activities including preparing time-sensitive reports.
You must also be computer literate, must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, have post secondary education and have good communication skills in English.

Reporting to the supervisor, the primary objective of this position is to coordinate and schedule appointments for Energuy field staff and homeowners. (no sales or cold calling)
Main Duties:
- Call homeowners to schedule appointments
- Work in conjunction with other team members to promote a “Team Environment”
- Audit and follow up on outstanding jobs
- Answer calls from customers when needed
- Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
